Authorities are investigating three overnight shootings in New Orleans and Metairie.

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office reported a shooting just after 1 a.m.

One male victim with non-life threatening injuries was reported near the intersection of Sam Lenoux Street and Causeway Boulevard.

The New Orleans Police Department reported two shootings.

About 10:08 p.m., a black pickup truck driving the wrong way in the 2400 block of Frenchman Street opened fire on a 25-year-old man sitting on a porch, said NOPD.

Police said the victim was transported to University Hospital.

Early Friday morning about 2:20 a.m., police said two men heared gunshots fired in the 1600 block of N. Villere.

Upon hearing the gunshots, the men ran and realized they had been shot, police said.

Officials said the men were transported to a local hospital.
