Former defensive end has found a new home. Foskey, the Saints' 2023 second round pick out of Notre Dame, has signed with the Cincinnati Bengals, according to .
The Saints cut Foskey in the preseason after he's had a total of 0.5 sacks in 27 games over two seasons. He now heads to the Bengals where Cincinnati's defensive coordinator is Al Golden, a former coordinator at Notre Dame.
Foskey finished his Saints tenure with 25 tackles, including 9 solo,聽and a pass deflection.
After failing to earn a start after being the No. 40 overall selection, Foskey is considered to be one of the bigger busts in franchise history. He signed a four-year, $8.7 million rookie deal with New Orleans.
