Ian Edmond, Zachary:ฬThe Broncos junior guard scored 20 points, three rebounds and one steal to help Zachary win its second state title in a row. He was named Most Outstanding Player in the Broncos' 63-60 win over Ruston in the Division I nonselect title game.
Ben Radford, Brusly: The Panthers senior put up a big stat line with 17 points, 17 rebounds and seven blocks to help Brusly knock off Wossman, 45-38, in the Division II nonselect state championship. Radford was named Most Outstanding Player for his efforts.
Jordan Scharnett, East Iberville: The Tigers sophomore finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and four assists in East Iberville's 59-42 win over Lakeview to help send the school to its first boys basketball state title appearance. He scored 18 points in the Tigers' title game in a 59-55 loss to Ferriday.
Evan Williams, Southern Lab: The Kittens junior scored a team-high 14 points to go with three rebounds and three assists in No. 6-seed Southern Lab's semifinal win over No. 2-seeded St. Martin's.
