Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is one of the top players to watch in Super Bowl 58, and he’s developed a strong reputation when it comes to stepping up in big games.
Kelce had a subpar regular season for his standards after failing to reach 1,000 receiving yards for the first time in over five years, but he’s more than made up for it this postseason having returned to putting up the dominant receiving numbers that we’ve grown accustomed to him delivering on a regular basis.

Some say that Kelce’s been distracted by dating Taylor Swift this year, but his on-field performance says otherwise, and I’ve identified three player props involving Kelce that I like on Super Bowl Sunday.
TOP TRAVIS KELCE PROP PLAYS
Travis Kelce OVER 69.5 receiving yards (-120 at ESPN Bet)
Kelce had a disappointing finish to 2023 after going three-straight weeks without recording a 50-plus yard receiving performance, but he’s now recorded at least 71 or more yards in all three Chiefs playoff games.
While the San Francisco 49ers have a tough defense that will likely key in on the Chiefs star tight end, they struggled against Lions rookie tight end Sam LaPorta in the NFC Championship Game, so Kelce should be able to take advantage of their recent struggles and record over 70 yards once again since the 49ers will also have to pay attention to Chiefs dynamic rookie wide receiver Rashee Rice.
Travis Kelce UNDER 6.5 receptions (+122 at FanDuel)
Kelce’s still a go-to target for Chiefs legendary quarterback Patrick Mahomes, but he’s seen his target share go down some with rookie pass catcher Rashee Rice stepping and gaining more trust from Mahomes.
Kelce should still see plenty of looks and thrive as a receiver, but I see Mahomes spreading the ball around enough to where I don’t see Kelce racking up a ton of receptions, as he only caught six passes in last season’s Super Bowl but was still effective having recorded 81 receiving yards as Mahomes got other receivers involved that the opposing defense wasn’t expecting to be.
Travis Kelce to score two or more touchdowns (+650 FanDuel)
Kelce’s been a touchdown machine throughout his Chiefs career as Mahomes’ most reliable end zone target, and he’s been especially reliable in the postseason having recorded several multi-touchdown games.
Kelce to score a touchdown is now -110 at most sportsbooks, but Kelce scoring two or more touchdowns at +650 feels like a value play considering that the 49ers have struggled defending tight ends, and Kelce's Super Bowl MVP odds are also worth a look at +1200 since the voters might side with him over Mahomes if it’s close since Kelce’s never won the award before.
