EMS transported five people to the hospital — one in critical condition, two in serious condition and two with minor injuries, an EMS spokesperson said.
Two of the injured were children, EMS said.Ìý
Congestion at about 11:30 a.m. was approaching Bluebonnet Boulevard, the state Department of Transportation and Development said.Ìý
"Motorists are advised to use an alternate route," DOTD said in an online post.
