Update: The exit was reopened as of 6:20 p.m.
A two car crash has closed down the Convention Street exit on Interstate 110 as of 5:30 p.m. Monday.
A red suv and silver sedan were involved. The red car was spun backwards with it’s rear axis on the barricade of the street ramp.
One person was transported to the hospital by Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services in stable condition.
