Jim Knipe has opened a new law firm named Knipe Law Firm with its office in Baton Rouge. Knipe has more than 20 years of trial and courtroom experience, practicing criminal defense and personal injury.
Ross Talbert has joined Campus Federal Credit Union as chief experience officer. Talbert has more than 17 years of leadership experience in member experience, retail operations, marketing and strategic growth in the credit union industry. He previously worked for Kinetic Credit Union and h Federal Credit Union.
New Orleans
Etosha McGee is the development and programs officer at the New Orleans Foundation for Francophone Cultures.
The New Orleans Foundation for Francophone Cultures, also called the Nous Foundation, hired Etosha McGee as its development and programs officer. She will be responsible for overseeing culture programming and other work that promotes the Cajun, Creole and Indigenous communities. McGee is also a co-founder and vice president at McGee and Associates, a consulting firm focused on revenue cycle management for healthcare providers.
Gina Wilson is a new radiologist with the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.
Dr. Gina Wilson joins the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Covington as a radiologist. Wilson previously spent the last seven years working in Memphis, Tennessee, at Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, and before that, she worked at Our Lady of Lourdes Breast Center in Lafayette.
Brivan Garcia is the operations manager at Acadian Ambulance.
Acadian Ambulance promoted Brivan Garcia to operations manager, a role that includes overseeing a team of more than 250 paramedics, emergency medical technicians and staff, and service in Jefferson, Orleans and St. Bernard parishes. Garcia previously worked in a number of roles for Acadian over the last 13 years, including as an EMT and paramedic.
Terrence Sanders-Smith is a new board of directors member with KID smART.
KID smART, a New Orleans nonprofit that focuses on making art accessible to kids, appointed Terrence Sanders-Smith to its board of directors. He is also an artist, gallerist and editor-in-chief of Artvoices Magazine, Turnstile Magazine and other publications.

James Jenniskens is the vice president and chief operating officer at Beier Integrated Systems.
Beier Integrated Systems made some recent executive changes, including hiring Kory Beier as president and CEO. Beier previously owned and led Beier Construction, a general contractor, before joining Beier Integrated Systems, a marine engineering and manufacturing company. James Jenniskens was promoted to vice president and chief operating officer. He previously worked as the director of projects.
Adam Goddard has been hired as vice president of sales, EMEA for Rep Data. He will support the company's growth across Europe as it expands its portfolio of research technology, data quality and expert services. Goddard most recently served as head of growth, EMEA at Walr.

Ryan Killebrew joined the pediatric intensive care unit at Lake Charles Memorial Health System.
Lake Charles Memorial Health System hired Ryan Killebrew to its pediatric intensive care unit. He recently completed his pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine-San Antonio, and training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and the University of Texas Health Science Center.
