Bob Dean: Botched hurricane evacuation, fallout
As Hurricane Ida approached Louisiana in 2021, Bob Dean evacuated 843 residents from his seven nursing homes to a single Tangipahoa Parish warehouse. Once there, residents were left to wallow in their own urine and feces. Trash piled up. Four residents died.
